The Bramfield is produced from Iroko (Chlorophora excelsa) that is sourced from West Africa. (More about materials.) This is a highly durable hardwood with an attractive grain that will withstand our weather all year round.

The timber remains in its natural form with principal end grain waxed.

Inscriptions

Either machine carved inscriptions or plaques in lacquered brass or stainless steel will enhance our full range of seating. See example here.

This may simply denote ownership or make the seats idea for presentation and commemorative purposes.

The Bramfield 1.8 metre bench offers something a little more ornate than the classic English bench style. The main facing rails, together with the vertical back slats are beautifully shaped to create pleasing aesthetic design features. As with all our furniture the build quality is excellent and the Bramfield is designed to be ideal for both private and public use.
